MINE POLE
The simplest form of timber elongate.
Available in various sizes to suit customer requirements.
• 16 – 18 Poles
• 18 – 20 Poles
• 19 – 21 Poles
• 19 – 23 Poles
TERRAMAC POLE
The Terramac is an unturned mine pole with a machined end for the 140 or 160 diameter prestressing unit to be fitted onto. This means cost saving by using a smaller pre-stress unit.
•16 – 18cm Terramac Poles
•18 – 23cm Terramac Poles
•19 – 22cm Terramac Poles
PENCIL PROP
The simplest yielding support available in either un-turned or turned format. Pencil Props are available in various diameters and lengths, and are good for limited closure of 150mm.
•16 – 18 Pencil
•17 – 19 Pencil
•18 – 20 Pencil
•19 – 21 Pencil
PROFILE PROP
Available diameters are 16-18cm & 18-20cm. Lengths are 0.8-3m. Pre-Stress to 200kN. Load bearing 300kN. Yielding capability 250-300mm. Blast-on timber prop up to 1m from face. Cost effective and user friendly.
•16 – 18cm Profile
•18 – 20cm Profile
•18cm Profile (Turned)
•20cm Profile (Turned)
SQUARE PROP
The Square Prop consists of a timber elongate supplied with a pre-stressing device. The timber section of the prop is cut in a specific way to promote yielding. The prop is designed specifically for a deformation range up to 300mm.
•16 – 18cm Square Prop
•18 – 20cm Square Prop
•20cm Square Prop
WEDGE PROP
Wedge Props are turned for a more consistent yielding elongate. Supplied with a fitted PSU, they can be easily pre-stressed underground using conventional pumping systems, and are good for 400mm yield.
•18cm Wedge prop
•20cm Wedge prop
NIMRITE®
NimRite® Prop is a pre-stress-able elongate support designed specifically to withstand large closure without buckling under yield. Various diameters, yield loads, and deformation ranges are available to suit customer requirements.
•NimRite® Horizontal (HC)
•NimRite® Vertical (VC)
CLUSTERS
Including a number of elongate supports strapped together to form a very stiff timber structure, designed for use in low closure applications where quick and easy installation is the order of the day.
